Refund policy

*** Returns are not accepted on sale items. ***

IF WE RECEIVE A SALE ITEM OR ANY PARCEL OUTSIDE 14 DAY POLICY, THEN THE PACEL WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO COVER THE COST OF THE RETURNED ITEM. 

Unhappy with you item? No problem doll, you can return your unwanted item within 14 days from the day you received the item for a full refund. 

The item must be returned in its original condition. Please be extra careful as we cannot accept any returns with items smelling of perfume, washing powder, smoke, make up or fake tan. 

When returning, please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your order number and name as we will need to locate the return back to you.

We do not cover the cost of postage and would suggest returning this via a tracked service. 

We aim to process a refund within 14 working days from receiving the item.
